I ordered a prescription for my pup on Friday midday, didn’t realise the prescription had expired, I didn’t ask for refund as I was going to sort after the weekend, but they decided to refund my order via email on Sunday & charged me £5.. emails went backwards & forwards to try to sort the problem but got nowhere..I then tried to re order Tuesday after getting a new prescription so that I could apply for my £5 reinbursed but I went to reorder & the price happens to have increased over 15%..so why would I order from them now.. there were mistakes by them refunding me within 2 days of a purchase due to invalid prescription that wasn’t obvious to me to be invalid as it said I could use it 3x, but it went over the 6months, that I didn’t ask them to do.. all disgusted all round with how they dealt with this

I ordered the medication for my cat, I had an email confirming my order. I was notified quickly that it had been dispatched, it arrived within 3 days of ordering, it doesn't get much better than that...highly recommend and will definitely be using them again. Many thanks

I ordered a repeat prescription medication (I had previously been allowed to use the first prescription for 6 months from when it was written) as I assumed the current presciption was in date as it had only been written 4 months ago, but received an email from VetMediUK stating the prescription was out of date, which when I checked I noticed my cat's vet had written 'no' on the repeat part on this one. I had to buy the medication from my own vet as I didn't want it to run out before I got another prescripton and reordered from VetMediUK. When I was checking my Barclaycard just under 2 weeks later I noticed the full payment had been taken for the medication, bearing in mind it had not been dispatched. I emailed them and asked for a refund, they did issue a refund but charged me £5 due to having no presciption in place. I have used them a few times in the past but will not be using them again.

Placed an order and paid for medication asked for a refund as it was no longer required. The order had not been processed or dispatched yet they kept three quarters of my money as "vet charges" this is absolute Robbery basically i paid to pace an order. i am now in touch with trading standards.

Loyalty to this online retailer is really wearing very thin. An order was placed in good faith and still has never been fulfilled. It's said an email was sent regarding sending an updated prescription. This never arrived. My account states no update whatsoever regarding any delays or a reason for the delay - which is poor. Meanwhile a cat still hasn't got her medication........

Am so very impressed with the company, prices, help on the phone and in emails, and the transportation of insulin for my dog. Despatched 1st May from Yorkshire, all the way down to the Isle of Wight and the parcel arrived this morning, 2nd May. The exterior of the parcel felt cold which was a good sign. The insulin was well packaged with ice blocks and insulation. The frozen blocks were still frozen on arrival. Insulin is extremely expensive from the vets, I got a written prescription from the vets for 6 vials, paid a special postage fee for the refrigeration costs and next day delivery - and have made a huge saving. Totally recommend. Very happy.

Avoid! Ordered medication for my dog. Sent out straight away but unfortunately DPD lost my parcel. Its been over a week and the are refusing to refund me. The house in the picture clearly isn't mine. Terrible customer service.
