United States | 07 July 2023What went wrong??? Everything! This company supposedly has nice products for 1/3 of the price.. im not sure about the positive reviews though.. they are probably paid !! I tried to buy 3 counter stools at a great price which i agreed to pick up. I traveled 1 hr to get the chairs! Once i got to the storage area i texted customer service as “the contact person” was not replying”! The company told me , it was cancelled due to flood warning.. !!??? What !!.. i travelled 1 hr to get these chairs.. i got the flood warning as well on my phone but it stated if i was to cancel i would get charged 200$ !! I drove and roads were clear! No warning or nothing about how “THEY” canceled last minute and roads were clear!!… ok… lets let it slide and not warn me me until i text that i am waiting. They agreed they dropped the ball and would deliver my chairs the following Saturday for my “inconvenience “!!! Now Thursday rolls along, and they text me they can’t deliver Saturday.. Can i be available next Saturday?! Hahaha! Yes I’ve played this game before.. companies from China! These fake reviews and fake replies from the company apologizing is really distasteful! I would rather pay full price than to have to text, receive a reply, text again ect… its really surpising a company like this is still in buisiness! I would respect a “ hello we don’t know what were doing, please accept 10% off until we get proper management in place as they don’t have a clue about customer service” also they charge 79$ for you to pick up the merchandise!!!! Hello! This should have been my first clue! I don’t want a reply… everytime you reply is fake! Also, notice you can’t write a review on the company website!! Stay clear from this company and look on Amazon, ebay, walmart or even facebook market place.. found the same chairs for 10$ more but without the fake “ we are sorry and we are sorry again!” Save yourself the headache This is from the Chicago area review

I purchased a dining table and chairs deigned by Rove Concepts. The items arrived on time and in excellent condition. I was able to save thousands of dollars thanks to The Return Company. I look forward to buying more items from the store. Thanks to customer service and delivery folks. I highly recommend The Return Company.

United States | 17 June 2023Items I received were in perfect condition and matched the description presented online. I did take away 1 star for the delivery. Delivery took about 2 weeks and cost $150, which seems to be their flat rate, even though it was local and less than 20 miles from house. The cost of delivery was more than the cost of the items. I considered picking the items up myself, but that even cost $75. Other than my issues with the delivery, I had a good experience.

United States | 06 June 2023I also don't understand why bed items were sent to me without fittings. The company didn't believe they were missing my parts at first. I emailed them for three days before they replied and I did miss an important beam in the middle. They forgot to mark the absence of the accessory when they recycled it. Isn't that a scam? The bed cannot function properly without this beam. They found a screenshot of a Twinsize accessory on Amazon and gave it to me. My bed is kingsize. No one at the company checked to see if accessories were missing? And instead of actively helping me contact the bed company to find the parts, they gave me $150 to get rid of. I'm exhausted from all this stuff. I needed to find my own accessories and re-call the movers to help me up the stairs. It took me a lot of time and cost me a lot more than $150 in expenses close to a thousand. The employee told me that all follow-up questions had nothing to do with the company. Yeah, but none of this is my fault. I'm not in New York, but I already have people staying at my house. I wouldn't let a friend sleep on the floor, would I? I can't believe they made me wait until I got back to New York to move up so I didn't have to hire a moving company. None of this is my fault. People in the company respond to emails very, very slowly.

United States | 23 May 2023So sad to see so many poor reviews!! I have a 5 star experience. I ordered a sofa and 2 barstools. The sofa arrived within 5 days of ordering and the stools about 14 days after ordering. I was bracing myself for a fight with the delivery teams, because delivery companies and I seem to always butt heads, BUT both Clutter teams were so professional and courteous, I couldn’t believe it. The defect on the sofa was so minute, that it took 2 of us to find it. And the sofa is STUUNNING. The stools were still factory wrapped and literally perfect. Even nicer than the manufacturer’s website. I will ABSOLUTELY be using this company again! I saved OVER $4k retail. Very sorry for those who’ve had poor reviews with this company. Such a shame. I really can’t say enough good things.

United States | 21 May 2023Sorry to see everyone's bad experiences - mine was very positive! Delivery was scheduled via text and when I needed an alternate date, they were very accommodating! Delivery guys showed up at 7:30am sharp and both pieces of the order were there. Chair was very nicely wrapped and protected. 10/10 would buy from The Return Company again! I got a great deal!!

United States | 09 April 2023Very bad customer service. Let us say no customer service you are on your own. Never return any calls or texts. They think they are doing a favor to you. May be it is okay in other countries but here I thought we cared for customers. Delivery person (lead of team) had big attitude and didn’t care for the furniture. When he started taking out covering blanket in the driveway, I requested politely, could you please take it once the chairs are inside the house. He made face and took first 2 chairs half opened. Then he took out the blankets in the drive way for remaining 4 chairs and brought them in. Definitely dirt got in the bottom. This was not a courtesy delivery. I paid dearly for these to be delivered. If their job depends on people like us ordering don’t they have the obligation to do it right? Hope I am not asking too much here. If this person has better skills and don’t want to do this job, go find what he likes. Hope company that hires these people read these reviews and train these people properly or find who is willing to do it right.

United States | 23 March 2023Extremely frustrating vendor to deal with once you have purchased an item. Very vague and non-responsive in providing delivery dates. They do not correspond other than text and email which they don't respond to. I will absolutely not do business with them in the future. In response to your update. You have absolutely not replied to every text and email. The ones you have replied to have taken days for a response.
