Singapore | 20 December 2021Waste of money - misplaced Faith Ordered a 2-day test for arrival back in UK. Strip out the postage because that's always a risk but got results back 11 days after the test was received at the labs. Absolute waste of money and a cheek to even bother completing the processing. Honestly, save your money and don't use this service. I won't be using again. Ever. The test was negative but I've had 3 other tests since!

I have a Pre Assessment at the hospital Tuesday as having a operation soon. This site was in the Government website when I was in Spain visiting my son.Why do they recommend a testing agent that told give any information. I came back Wednesday and still nothing. So upsetting .

United Kingdom | 18 December 2021Be warned. Still waiting for the result of my PCR test that was tracked and arrived at their lab on 3rd December. It is now 17th December and still not heard anything despite numerous email requests for results and latterly a refund request.

United Kingdom | 17 December 2021What a scam. Paid for a day 2 test - it never arrived. Was provided with a tracking number and they insisted it had been posted. Checked the tracking number and it showed it was stuck at the depot. When I followed up later - they this time said I had provided an incomplete address and would reship it. This was two weeks after I had returned from my trip and so reshipping the test was useless. I am still, nearly a month after my order - trying to get my money back. AVOID.

Germany | 17 December 2021I sent in my test after taking it and since I forgot to write down the barcode on my testtube before sending it in, the test was void and I wasted £50. Customer service phone number doesn’t work and e-mail was very unhelpful. Do not use rainbow labs, they just try to rip you off.

United Kingdom | 17 December 2021I ordered 2 tests, 2 day lateral flow, service ok results within a few hours. 2nd a Pcr to do within 2 days of flying back to the uk, results within a few days. Here I am a week tomorrow, no result. I admit I did not read the the email so although I had posted the test back I hadn’t filled in the notification form. I did it straight away but still no communication or result from them. They do not answer the phone. I am supposed to isolate until I get the result. This close to Xmas I am not happy, so much to do. How do you get through to these people?

United Kingdom | 16 December 2021Awful service. Spent £36 for 2x basic tests (they were just LFT’s”) for our return home from the Maldives. Received nothing in the post so we used our own LFTs and did a PCR so we knew we were negative. I have sent numerous emails but been ignored every time. Do not use this company they steal your money.

United Kingdom | 13 December 2021I sent my PCR test to Rainbowlabs on Monday. Royal Mail track and trace confirmed it was delivered to them on Tuesday, a day later. One week later and a couple of emails I am still waiting on the result or any kind of feedback. Trying to call is useless as the phone number only states that it will only reply to an email in 24 hours. I can confirm that this 24-hour turnover is inaccurate. I wonder if I get a refund...

Austria | 13 December 2021We ordered the rapid antigen test to be taken within two days of return from travel. The order was placed two weeks before it was needed. It had not been delivered when we arrived home and was dispatched two days after our return but only after complaining! This was now too late to use. A refund was expected at least but after exchanging several emails I just gave up. Appalling service. A company not recommended.

United Kingdom | 13 December 2021Wish I'd read some of these ratings before I committed to use them!! Ordered 2 and fair enough 1 came through in good time, but the other we're still waiting for!! Of course you can't call them because they're too busy - what sort of an excuse is that - and all 3 emails I sent have been ignored. Total waste of money and no refund possible....one for Watchdog. I used the Which recommendation as the reason I chose them, so I will be contacting them too.

It is now seven days since they had my test and I’m still waiting to know the result. They won’t answer their phones so emails are the only way to communicate.

United States | 13 December 2021Their product, a pcr test was promised within two days of order for my day 2 test. My test kit did NOT arrive for twelve days from order and six days past my day 2 testing. I had to scramble to find alternative testing during the day of my day 2 test as required by the UK government. This was not what I expected and will write the company to demand a refund of my purchase. Very disappointing when travelling abroad from the US !!!

United Kingdom | 11 December 2021Terrible company. Do not use. I ordered a day 2 LF and was sent the test but never emailed the code needed for my passenger locator form. They won’t take phone calls and didn’t reply in time for me to use the test so I asked for a refund. Have sent multiple emails asking for a refund and they never get back to me. Avoid at all costs!
