ABOUT KELLY Committed to Quality My name is Kelly Costello. I am the proud owner and founder of Fill Your Face Aesthetics, an aesthetics skin clinic located in Faversham, Kent. I have also recently set-up a further clinics in Ramsgate, Broadstairs & Sandwich. I am a registered nurse with over 22 years experience in a number of different specialities including emergency and urgent care, intensive care, midwifery and forensic nursing. I am also an independent nurse prescriber for the past 12 years. I have recently completed my teaching qualification and am just completing my masters degree at present. I have worked solely in the aesthetics industry for the past 14 years. As the saying goes ' you can't beat experience', over the years I have developed my own bespoke tips and tricks. I have been awarded accolades for my contribution to the aesthetics industry and been published in leading aesthetics journals. In my limited spare time, I enjoy being a mummy to my young daughter and writing my dissertation for a masters in Public & Global Health. I have simple philosophies when it comes to my work: Honesty and transparency Expectations must be managed Treat everyone as if they are my own mother Skin health is the foundation of aesthetic medicine Simplicity is often the best approach Education is core to successful treatments Safety is imperative to every client in the clinic I love creating individual treatment plans for my clients and believe a thorough aesthetic consultation is key when it comes to aesthetics. With this in mind I offer all clients the opportunity to have a free, no obligation consultation, as I believe that knowledge is core to making the right treatment decisions. I am happy to provide a copy of the consultation for you to go away and further research proposed treatment options or other aesthetic clinics if you wish. Professional Experience and Training You Can Trust Safety is at the forefront of everything I do. Both clinic locations are Save Face accredited and I am also a member of Aesthetic Complication Expert group (ACE) as well as Dr Tim Pearce's complications programme and the Cosmetic Redress Scheme. I undertake many hours of Continued Professional Development (CPD) to ensure my practice and skills remains safe and relevant. Fill Your Face is always evolving, every day is a school day and there is always something new to learn in the aesthetics industry. Fill Your Face prides itself on being innovative. I spend many hours researching the latest product developments and will often test treatments on myself before adding them to the treatment menu. I have a YouTube channel (Fill Your Face Aesthetics) where I talk about all things aesthetic to help educate and inspire existing or prospective clients alike. Most of my clients come to me via 'word of mouth' recommendation (some even travel from mainland Europe) . I take pride in my work and I will turn clients away if I do not believe I can achieve what they desire! I believe the most difficult part of my job is managing expectations… some of my clients will tell you it's not unusual to hear me say "I work with a needle, not a wand m' dear” always said, of course, with a huge smile, warm humour and a hug. My aim is to always provide my clients with the very best, safest and most cost-effective aesthetic treatments available. I strive towards being unique in every sense.
