I'm surprised to receive this survey, My order is not in, yet! As a Montreal based client, it wasn't clear to me that I was paying in US dollars. On the website, the delivery costs were very expensive, I had to chat, to get a fare price. I was surprised also, to have to pay the import fees after my purchase. As a design firm that would like to specify your products, it gets very complicated and on top of it, it is costing us more than what was mentionned at purchase time.

The photo is beautiful, I would have liked a more substantial frame.
