There was really good information about the diamonds and clear images which made it easy to choose my ring. It arrived on time and was very well packaged.

Dreadful customer service. I received a bent ring from them and had to send it back. They gave me £10 off on my very expensive 2.5ct ring and I missed my engagement date on a holiday due to this. My girlfriend then loved the second ring they sent me but would prefer gold. I asked if they could move the stones to a gold ring and I would pay. They said they couldn’t help. I then said this on one of their adverts and they said “email us and we will help”. They didn’t reply. I then posted again on their TikTok advert saying I’d not heard anything and it’s gone silent.
