United Kingdom | 10 February 2025I sent my three Greek rescue dogs to William on a board and train. They were all squirrel obsessed and their recall on the whole was very poor. Walks were tricky and stressful. Initially I was very nervous about leaving all of them with William who I had only just met. I really needn't have been. Throughout the whole time that the dogs were with William, he kept me regularly updated as to their progress and sent me videos every day. He always answered the phone and found time to speak to me. My dogs' recall upon their return was completely transformed. He has managed to train all three of them to recall to a whistle now. I feel like I have taken back control. William's training also includes a detailed handover session so that you can understand the training that he has delivered and are equipped to continue with the principles which he been using to train them. I have to say that the dogs came back to me from their board and train looking fit and extremely happy. It was clear that they had had a great time with William exploring all of his local parks and just being with him and his dogs. William's knowledge of dogs and their behaviours is encyclopaedic. He is kind enough even now to answer questions which I have in relation to other dog related matters. William wasn't the first trainer who I worked with but I can say without hesitation that he is by far the best.

Portugal | 05 February 2025As a soon-to-be veterinarian, I cannot recommend William’s training enough—it’s been an absolute game changer for me and my dog. My dog developed severe resource-guarding behavior around food, which eventually spiraled into unpredictable aggression towards other dogs, especially when food was involved. Walks became stressful, and I was constantly on edge, afraid of what might trigger her next outburst. It got to the point where I couldn’t even take her to places we once loved—restaurants, supermarkets, anywhere dogs were allowed—because her behavior became too erratic. Things reached a breaking point when she started guarding our bed and I no longer recognized the dog I once knew. At home, she was sweet and affectionate, but around food or other dogs, she became a different dog entirely. I felt helpless, unsure if we could ever return to the life we once enjoyed. That’s when I reached out to William, and I’m so thankful I did. From the moment we talked, he assured me he could help, and he truly delivered on that promise. His expertise, combined with the fact that he has well-trained dogs of his own, gave me confidence that he could tackle both the food aggression and issues with other dogs. After a month of training with William, my dog came back transformed. The aggressive behaviors disappeared completely. She’s more obedient than ever, and William even went above and beyond, working on her recall and other commands. Most importantly, he equipped me with the tools to maintain her new behavior long-term. I had almost resigned myself to thinking this problem would never go away, but William has given us a second chance. Our walks, visits, and outings are enjoyable again, and I can’t express how grateful I am. William didn’t just train my dog—he changed both of our lives. Thank you, Will, for everything!
