Key Changes are fantastic! They have helped me so much with my mental health through music. The studio sessions are so inspirational and uplifting and I'm now volunteering with Key Changes and helping others. My experience with Key Changes has been so inspiring and positive and all of the team at Key Changes are incredible! And so helpful always.

I am a recording artist/volunteering with Key Changes I have been with them for around just over 2 year and I can honestly say Key Changes have been a God send. I was introducing to the charity by a friend who was already with them and they helped me at a time I was close to giving up with music. In my time with Key Changes I have been able to start releasing music properly I have gained lots of confidence by being able to watch others proform and then giving it a go myself which I have then used to help me in my personal life I have also gained friends contacts and a small group of people who I can family and am able to share my music with as well as grow as as a artist gaining more knowledge and experience in my passion my craft my hobby and my perperse which is to spread a positive message and energy sharing myself freely by expressing myself through my music and lyrics.

Key changes have made me feel confident in life than ever before. I was suffering mentally but they give me hope in life. I also have chances to record music in their studios in London. I will recommend anyone who wish to make music and is suffering mentally. Key changes is always their to support and help you discover your talent in music industry for free. You also have time to perform your music in open mics to build your confidence.

Recording my songs with them have not only helped with my mental health, but also improved my confidence as a singer and Songwriter.
