Tried to book many times but the app keeps crashing. Every time I call the number on the app, I speak to this guy called Kosa who says he will find out the issue and call me back, he never does, he seems clueless. I think he's even the CEO of the company. Best of using Enterprise in MK or just catching an Uber.

Great idea - customer service is top notch! Car was perfect

My experience with Fetch has been great. I really really enjoy driving their cars, and the convenience around the service. This was my 3rd trip, and I was delighted with the service provided. I gave some feedback in my initial trip, which mainly included issues I faced in the app, which were all fixed by this most recent trip. The service has been well developed, and does exactly what it says on the tin, and I look forward to seeing how the model develops with technology, and changes in the road system to accommodate for this kind of technology. I would recommend anyone in need of a short term car, to look to Fetch as an option.

Very easy rental process, vehicles have a high spec and they offer an unrivalled convenience and ease of use for local vehicle rental. I can't recommend them highly enough

Excellent service. Great choice of electric cars and a good way to experience these without committing to purchase. Very helpful staff (Especially Kola) The process is painless and he guided me through the process. I would definitely hire this service as when and required. Simply excellent service, very knowledgeable friendly staff and so easy to deal with from pre booking to returning the vehicle. The vehicle was great too! 
I had no trouble or issues either with booking or during the rental, and I’m confident if I had they would have fixed them quickly and made sure everything was resolved.
 Only suggestion is to extend more pick up /drop off locations within MK.
