I honestly couldn’t be happier with the professionalism and quality of workmanship provided by Lily and her team. From the moment I organised quotes from various roofing companies, Lily spent time talking to me and chatting through everything with such a depth of knowledge it was incredibly reassuring. Throughout the process, she updated me regularly and sent me photos and videos so I could see the progress. When you are having to spend a considerable amount of money on repairs it is so hard to know who to trust when you hear of so many rogue traders. I honestly cannot recommend Lily and her team highly enough - I will certainly recommend them to friends and family and should I be in need of the services of builders in the future I will be calling on Lily again. Excellent team, Lily and Adam were great. We had previously used them for a leak in the roof and this time to do the valleys and install a dry verge system. Explained everything they would be doing when they arrived, and sent a video later of the work done. Would definitely recommend them for any roof work!

What a fantastic job. The extension has never looked so good. And will likely last a long time. Lily and her team did an excellent job of repairs to my house including closing off holes in brickwork and repointing walling. The squirrel has lost her front door so she’s probably Notting going to leave good feedback but I certainly am. After all the heavy rain and high winds, we discovered that water was leaking in the roof somewhere and collecting on top of our window units, which was then pouring in via gaps and screw holes. I contacted BHB as they had done excellent work for my parents; they quickly assessed the situation and gave a run down on the likely causes and solutions required. All the work was completed on time, on budget and in a tidy and efficient manner. So far, we've had no more problems with leaking windows! Another ten-thumbs-up experience, would definitely contact BHB again.

After a particularly rainy spell which ended up with water dripping through the ceiling in two of our upstairs rooms, we reached out to some local roofers for quotes to repair the roof. After explaining the problem to them, Lily and Adam from Bear House Roof and Building came out to have a look and quickly got back to us with an extremely reasonable quote. Lily managed to squeeze our job in within a couple of weeks. She and Adam were brilliant. They explained every single thing as they went along, and when they discovered that our roof was one of the worst they had seen and that the work required was more extensive than they originally thought, Lily was very upfront and quickly calculated any extra costs that we needed to know about. They did a fantastic job of repairing our roof as best they could until we finally replace the whole thing later down the line. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Bear House Build and Roofing, they are exceptionally honest and hardworking people who do a great job.

My garage roof was rotten with holes. Adam came round, explained clearly what could be done. The quote was clear and reasonable, which sums up Bear House Build and Roofing.
