This review is a little late coming after getting our kitchen & hallway flooring sorted through Direct Flooring, only because I thought I'd already left my recommendation. We're delighted with our vinyl flooring and highly recommend Direct Flooring. The work was done swiftly and looks great. Maria especially was so helpful and friendly, going so far as to send me pictures of flooring she thought we would like from a different branch when we were having difficulty picking a pattern. Excellent customer service from both Maria and Sean and we would definitely use them again should we need to.

Absolutely amazing from start to finish ! We are so happy with our new Amtico herringbone style flooring in our open plan house it made a such a difference so light and airy. Shaun was fantastic provided us with different choices and samples . When it came to taking the old flooring out and fitting new one Gav was brilliant and nothing was too much trouble for him. We would highly recommend Direct flooring and carpets and I’m sure we will use them again when changing our flooring upstairs.

This is the second time I have had a carpet from this company and, once again the service from Shaun and his team was prompt, professional and friendly. The carpet was expertly fitted and the room left tidy when the job was completed. I shall be returning, again, in the near future for a lounge and hallway carpet.

Friendly, approachable, extremely helpful without any pressure. Got honest advice throughout the whole process of having the entire ground floor, stairs and part of upstairs fitted with a combination of LVT and carpets. Shaun project managed the work to ensure it was done with as little disruption as possible, fitting it around our needs and time constraints. All the fitting team carried out an excellent job, whilst being clean and tidy. Really pleased with the results at a great price. Would thoroughly recommend giving Direct Flooring a try.

A friendly professional service from start to finish. Starting with a visit to the Norden shop and discussing carpets with Maria. To arranging a home visit with Shaun. Options of suitable carpets for bedrooms, landing and stairs was given, along with advice from Shaun. Date for carpets to be fitted was arranged quickly. 3 bedrooms, stairs and landing was fitted by Ben. He took up the existing carpet from 2 rooms and had to move furniture around. Ben did not seem phased by this and just got on with it. I can't praise Ben enough. He worked so hard and remained focused throughout the day. He received a helping hand from Shaun with moving the heavy furniture. I'm delighted with the quality of the carpet and underlay. And the fitting is second to none. I would highly recommend Direct Flooring and Carpets to anyone looking at getting new flooring.

I decided to get a few quotes in Bury for flooring & carpeting and this place delivered on both price and quality of workmanship. Highly recommend. Shaun, who came round to measure and quote was super knowledgable about what would be beneficial within my house and I just felt he knew what he was talking about. I then visited the rammy showroom and 100% made up my mind to go with these guys after visiting a few showrooms too. Trustworthy and superb finish. Defo worthy of recommending them for any future jobs with my friends and family.

Shaun was fabulous with advice and solving any issues we had. All round great guy. We visited both shops on numerous occasions, as we were undecided about colour and style. We were offered multiple ranges, colours and styles and it was never a problem to take them away and test them in our home. A great business, with people who genuinely care and take pride in customer service!
