Honestly, the first place I went to for an e-vite was evite.com. It’s what I knew and what I had used in the past. But they didn’t have the right design I was looking for this time. I happened to stumble upon Greenvelope via a web search and I’m so glad I did! Not only do they have tons of SUPER CUTE online invitations, I was able to customize mine no problem. The process was intuitive, fast, and easy! (And did I mention they are SUPER CUTE?!) Another thing I really appreciate is their excellent tracking tool, which helps you manage your RSVPs with ease. You can send custom messages via email or text to your guests at any time, including reminders or if you have additional information to send (like venue information and parking instructions). Your whole project site is laid out very nicely and it’s really easy to navigate. You can tell this company has done A LOT to ensure their customers have a great experience. This brings me to the #1 reason for writing this review. Simply put, Greenvelope’s customer service is top notch. I received a couple nice emails from them (always signed by the CEO; though I’m not 100% sure they’re really from him). But that doesn’t matter to me. What matters is, when I did actually have a question, I got a response! And not days later. It was probably an hour later at most. It was kind and thoughtfully written by someone who really seemed like they cared. Not some auto-generated response that we’re all too familiar with these days. I was just very impressed and pleasantly surprised. I hope that if you’re reading this review you’ll give them a try.

Great design options partnered with a very organized and easy to maneuver website

Easy to use, beautiful designs, reasonable pricing. Many aspects of wedding planning are costly and challenging; GreenEnvelope is not. They make it easy. Huge array of quality designs.

Amazing options to customize an invitation to an event. Easy to add or delete invitees

Designing text was easy and framing it to mesh with your creative template resulted in a good presentation to our guests.

It went very well. I was happy with the results. My lack of computer skills was the only drawback. Very happy with the Invitation card.
