Greenvelope had a good selection of free cards and was easy to edit. Adding a list of close to 100 emails was also no problem. Well received by everyone.

These cards are great, with a really nice selection of attractive formats for a variety of occasions or purposes. Customizing is dead simple, and the tracking of how many are returned undeliverable, how many are opened, and the option for recipients to respond are very helpful. I can only write so many cards by hand, so this service really opens up our options and bandwidth.

Best services and best product

I did a good deal of research to find the right platform for my event invitations and ultimately chose Greenvelope. I have been very happy with the product and their support. I’ve gotten everything I needed out of the platform (and then some). It made the digital invite and response collection (and even seating chart) processes a breeze. Highly recommend!

I sincerely LOVE this app. I needed to send out invites on short notice. An invite had arrived for a club holiday party - and i liked it - so found the website on the club invite for Greenvelope. My ‘test run’ was so easy - within 30 minutes i realized i’d created a GREAT invite - And i added music (which BTW was a HUGE hit with the invitees - they ALL mentioned the invitation and music later). Anyway - i was so impressed with my creation - i sent my invite. Then (only then) i realized i ALSO had a ‘personal assistant’ - as the app takes care of tracking who’s seen the invite and who hasn’t, the RSVP’s, the head-counts of acceptances and declines etc - and allows for follow-up messages to all or to just specific ‘groups’ - such as those attending (ie - to give them a gate code) - i kept finding and learning more features. It was fun to the point of wanting to throw another party - which in fact - i DID one month later. This was a small dinner party with just 4 other couples - but the new invite was again a hit and kept track of everything…

Greenvelope is a high-quality service and offers more options than many others. Our holiday cards were a big hit, with many recipients saying they had never seen such a nice card. Pretty easy to do most of what we wanted to do, but the process wasn't entirely intuitive; we (seniors) could have used an overall instruction sheet with clear, step-by-step guidance for first-time users. Still, a quick phone call resolved our issues. Very much appreciated the ability to see who had opened the card and who had not so that we could re-send it to those who had not.

This was my first experience using a digital invitation and all went extremely well. Loved the design choices, had. Almost immediate response from staff when I had a question, and found navigating the process to be easy. A few hiccups along the way getting back and forth between my guest list etc but this was my own lack of knowledge. Highly recommend!!!!!

The holidays were fast approaching and the chance of getting holiday cards through the mail during the busiest time of the year for couriers was not going to be possible, so we elected to go with a digital holiday card format. Greenvelope absolutely saved the day! I really like how in addition to sending the cards I was able to see analytics in addition to receiving messages back from our clients. I initially had trouble sending a preview to myself but support walked me through this in the afternoon the day before Christmas Eve. I had very little faith I would hear back from someone in the afternoon heading into a holiday, and to my pleasant surprise, Greenvelope support responded to my issue within less than an hour and we had it solved in a matter of minutes. Great experience all around, thanks again for saving the day!
