Most terrible webshop ever, I am waiting on my order for a month now. They can 't even communicate on the reason why. I asked for my money back and they are ignoring it completely.

Extremely bad and horrible eCommerce system. Total careless approach. Order is getting placed without the customer is able to decide payment option. Delivery person at the door asking for cash payment. Best products are treated in worst manner. I have CEO's contact details and I am going to talk early next week. Now my last order (#14568) placed a week before (13th Oct) hasn't yet delivered. Totally unfortunate case of this company. I would like to reach out to the Private Equity Group involved in this organisation.

First time very bad experience no body attend the phone nobody response the email and my order was broken when received and I have complaint to them but their is no such response to me and no guarantee for replacement ..........worst site ......

It does not smoke tat fast nor is there any great fragrance and the coal too does not have any depresssin to keep the dhoop Overall a grand let down
