However, the on boarding process felt a bit complex compared to other brokers I’ve tried. That said, once set up, it’s a great tool for traders at any level.

Déception totale de mon expérience avec cette société de trading, Après quelques jours seulement, début septembre, cette bande de menteurs ont réussi à me faire investir jusqu’à 40000$ me faisant miroiter des retours de gains rapides, Au début 250$ avec des petits profits 15 puis 100$, C’est à ce moment que Saida ? me demande de faire des dépôts plus importants en s’invitant sur mon compte banquaire avec l’application Zoom, Remarquant le plafond disponible à ce moment là elle me demande de virer la totalité sur un compte créer à mon nom sur DEBLOCK, via MODMOUNT DEBLOCK m’avait bien averti de me méfier, mais la Saida a balayé mes craintes en me disant que je pourrais récupérer mes fonds quand j’en aurais besoin avec sa petite voix rassurante, Ainsi 40000$ US ont abouti sur un compte créé à mon nom sur la plate-forme, Puis sous sa direction nous commençons à ouvrir des positions, après 1 mois, je peux retirer 500$, C’est là que commence vraiment à sentir le piège, Je lui dit que j’aurai besoin de fonds pour la fin de l’année comme elle avait promis que je pourrais le faire, L’estocade finale arrive alors, Pour pouvoir retirer des fonds, il faut que je signe un contrat d’abord qui stipule que je ne créerai pas de problème en cas de conflit et qu’il me rajoutait 3500$ de crédit, Je signe, erreur fatale, Depuis ce jour, aucun profits n’apparaît plus sur mon compte, et impossible de récupérer quoi que ce soit, On m’explique que les marchés boursiers avec la guerre, Trump etc… que ce n’est pas encore le moment, Cerise sur le gâteau, on me demande de rajouter le double de mon investissement, en 2 fois, si c’était trop dur pour moi, que mes positions étaient coincées en stop out, L’équipe de Modmount, à ce moment là, commence à me harceler à tour de rôle, 3 escrocs ne me lâchent pas, affreux, je vous passe les détails, incursions dans ma vie privée etc… Ils étaient prêt à me dépouiller ! Je leur ai dit que j’allais mettre un avis sur Trust Pilot et que je porterais plainte à qui de droit, Depuis, ils ne m’appellent plus, mais m’ont envoyer un mail pour me dire qu’ils allaient trouver une solution, plus de nouvelles depuis quelques jours, Je re publierai pour vous donner des nouvelles, Je ne vais pas lâcher l’affaire, Je déconseille à qui que ce soit d’avoir affaire à eux, vous aller le regretter amèrement, Attention à vous À bientôt

The worst company in the world! They took my deposit plus my profit. They refused to reply to my email and pretend nothing happened. Totally cannot be trusted. Don't ever be fooled by them!

I responded to an ad I saw on FB to request further information on their offerings. I was sent an application form to complete still assuming it was to provide me with further information. I then received a call from someone saying they would talk me through the application process and assist me to set up my account on their app. I immediately stated that I was only making an enquiry and was not going to be rushed into making a decision as to whether I wanted to proceed. The agent was very friendly and assured me that there was no pressure. After the call I received calls, sometimes 3 or 4 a day trying to get me to make my first deposit. After a week I emailed in response to a messaged I had received from the account manager advising that I didn't want to pursue matters and to cancel my account. I still continued to receive numerous calls from them every day until on Christmas day evening at approximately 8pm I answered an unidentified number and the account manager started shouting at me and demanding that I explain why I didn't want to continue. I very politely said I didn't need to explain myself it was my decision but he kept on and on telling me I had to tell him. Then he said I needed to pay €250 to cancel the account. He became increasingly loud and was very rude. I simply said there was no way I was giving him a penny as I had not committed myself to anything. He was extremely rude to me so I just hung up. I followed up immediately by email saying I wanted my account closing immediately and that I didn't appreciate being badgered on Christmas day by a rude account manager. Do not get involved with this business. I would hate to think how things would end up had I paid them any money.
