Alex transferred all the files from an old computer to a new one, set it up and installed a complex backup system to protect the important files on my computer. Alex was able to explain how the backup system worked as he set it up and how to maintain it in a way that was easy to understand. It's integral part of my career to have a computer that can do what I need and Alex is always able to help me get what I need from a computer.

My Nas drive experienced a ransomware attack. Unfortunately only certain files were able to be recovered due to the hack. Alex advised me on a new nas to get, that had better security and functionality than my WD one. After purchasing the unit and hard drive, Alex came round to set it up for me, spending a bit of his time on a Saturday morning doing so. I appreciated the time he spent setting up my new drive as it would have taken me a good while to do so myself, had I attempted it. He was prompt and knowledgeable in relation to my I.T. issue.
