Brilliant service from start to finish. Excellent quality plaque with perfectly crisp engraving. Such a helpful a friendly company who even advised how to improve condition of current memorial plaque rather than purchase a replacement. Collected old plaque and even lined up fixing holes on new one and thoughtfully included screws to fix the new one. Very accommodating and knowledgeable. Put a last minute enquiry though and Liz could not be more helpful not only getting us a competitive price but also letting us know if we can wait a day we could get free delivery. Although they don’t have an online shop I loved having the ability to flick through the catalogues in my own time and knowing Liz would answer my emails instantly even on a Saturday morning!
