The service has been just what i needed and prevented me from falling foul of the minefield of HR. As for the people who are moaning about getting renewed I also forgot to do it but it was my own fault as I knew the t&cs. Keep up the good work

United Kingdom | 18 September 2018Avoid this company like a plague. They use their knowledge of law to tie you in to a contract that they make impossible to break. They utilise unethical conditions in their small print, ie to cancel a contract you MUST write to them in ink and send recorded delivery your desire to end the contract. This must be received at their offices no later than 3 months before your contract ends. Also beware if you do send a letter recorded make sure you keep the receipt as they claim letters never received. Worst of the worst business practices in my 40 years of business. Most of the services they offer are free on line anyway.

United Kingdom | 24 July 2018ELAS stay away from this company, they will tie you into a 3 year contract and if times get tough they won't let go until they get every once of flesh they can, no business support in anyway. If they can make you bankrupt they will!!!!!

United Kingdom | 19 February 2018Our companies recently used the services of ELAS for the Occupational Health Screening of selected members of our workforce. As we are busy companies ELAS were required to be 'very flexible' and I had to move our arrangements on more than one occasion. On the day of screening ELAS Staff arrived on site early, which suited all concerned. I was very impressed with their mobile screening unit and the knowledge, efficiency and flexibility of their staff. Reports and recommendations were available at the end of the day (in hard copy) for our employees and for me to read and process the following week. (Reports were also provided online). For the service provided I didn't find the cost prohibitive and have signed up for a continued service. On the whole I was very satisfied with ELAS.

United Kingdom | 22 January 2018Dont used ELAS... we moved to ELAS four years ago and it was the worst decision of our organisation. For the forst couple of months they were helpful with contracts, TUPE information etc. Then no communication, staff changed regular no consistency, and complaints which were never responded to, and finally charged for services we never agreed to. We also took up their payroll, as they sold it to us as cheap package that was prepped for auto enrolment, in the end cost us over £3000, as they inadvertently double submitted information to inland revenue, and left us to chase the inland revenue.... We are now with an alturnative company and they are totally amazing.

United Kingdom | 24 August 2017I used the service for 3 years and it was OK but expensive. Cancelled at renewal and now i am being told i will be taken to court for not paying. Calling them has little effect, emailing them has little effect. Pretty useless at communication...for a phone based legal consultant this is pretty poop

Richard is prompt and efficient when dealing with queries we have raised. We would recommend their services without hesitation as our experience has been so positive.

They have always been accessible, with professional step by step advice that is reassuring and easy to follow, which without doubt has been a contributing factor in our growth. Like in all things, you need to know that you have support as and when you need it, and can rely on it being correct. I would urge anyone looking at providing Employment Law, HR and payroll support, to speak to these guys.
