Used Tradetaps for the first time. Website was easy, price was good, placed order on a sunday, taps delivered on tuesday, excelent.

Ordered on Monday. Wanted to deliver the next day,but I wasn't home. Rearranged for Thursday. Excellent service.

You know I told you we were going to 'do-up' the bathroom, well we checked out what kit we'd need and we searched around for suppliers based on best prices and availability. The name that came up time and time again was TradeTaps.com. It was a no-brainer to go with them, we had a couple of queries about compatibility which they sorted easily which gave the clue they were really 'switched on". We placed our order with them and it all arrived on schedule. One item was out of stock but they kept us informed by email how it was progressing and the item duly arrived just a couple of days after the main order. Helpful phone advice followed by a rapid online order at a good price and delivery.

I ordered a Grohe basin tap which was despatched and delivered promptly and intact. To my amazement, this tap was fitted with a flexible connection hose coupler which was 3/8 inch and the paperwork also indicates this. The local standard is 1/2 inch, meaning that I could not simply remove the old one and fit the new one. It required adaptor bits and some re-plumbing at reasonable time and money expense. The finished product was to Grohe standard. It seems to me that this particular specification was not meant to be sold in this country. This was my 4th Grohe tap and first experience of wrong fit.

Hard to beat for selection and price. Ordering very easy and delivery incredible fast. Whats not to like!

Although they have not been fitted yet I am very pleased with the quality . I found these taps at a local plumb supplier near to my address which is usually very competitively priced. I got the same make and model £45 cheaper so was very happy .Due to be fitted shortly and know they will look great .

After a lot of deliberation I ordered some bath & basin taps. As soon as I'd ordered, I realised that I'd forgotten to ask a pertinent question re the taps operation. I telephoned Trade Taps, who then contacted the manufacturer, and I had a reply by return. Instead of being spoken down to (as I'd expected) the assistant was extremely helpful. Wonderful service!

Trade Taps gave me a really good deal, they had a wide range of taps at very fair prices, the carriage charge was good and the service was quick.

What's to say. It's a tap - good quality competitively priced, delivered quickly and easily fitted. It certainly looks like it'll outlast the one it replaced which only lasted a few years. I'd buy from Trade Taps again.

The service, delivery and sink were all above and beyond. The free taps would not be my future choice, as one of the supplies does not turn off immediately.
