Received exactly what I purchased in a timely manner. Had a terrible experience with another online vape shop and stayed away from ordering vape supplies online for quite a while. When my local shop stopped selling the coils I like I had to find another option. I'm happy that I was able to find a new source on my first try! My orders were updated with tracking (I know this may seem like a silly thing to point out, but I have had a few orders not do this recently and it is infuriating) and arrived quickly. My coils are working great (when I dont forget to fill my tank, lol) and the juice is delicious! I will definitely be ordering again.

For the first time (and hopefully the last), I am unsatisfied. Made and purchased my order as I have countless times prior without a hitch. I thought that everything was fine, that is until I received a phone call from FedEx. They were informing me that my package is undeliverable, all due to an issue (misprint) with the shipping label. I immediately reached out to VaporDNA's customer service via email and received a courteous response. Unfortunately, I was only capable of corresponding with my customer service representative once a day due to some weird automated queuing system. This wasted valuable time and a simple solution of sorting out a faulty printing label has resulted in my order being returned.

It’s a good site generally and in some regards vapordna is better than others. However considering that for the most part this site has exorbitant prices (even after %off prices) you would expect that they ship promptly, but nah. It can take two to three days for orders to leave the warehouse even when an order is suppose to be shipped with 2-Day shipping.

I've been ordering from VaporDNA for years now and they've always done right by me. Not sure how their customer service is because I've never had any issues or a reason to need to contact them. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a top notch vape retailer. If you want to make online purchases and not worry then VaporDNA is the best choice! Give them a shot and you won't be disappointed!
