Simon found us a great buyer despite the difficult domestic sale environment of much of 2023. Simon went above and beyond what might be expected when he made an innovative suggestion to keep the sales chain intact. This solution was great for the buyers and great for us and one which was easily implemented by the solicitors on both sides of the sale with little or no additional costs involved. Only someone with Simon’s rich experience of property transactions would have raised an option that is very rarely deployed. Working with Simon at Randalls was nothing short of excellent and very reassuring. Our situation was complex due to having to sell 2 separate properties in order to buy our new house via Randalls.
