Kept well informed regarding installation date. Fitters arrived promptly and the door was fitted quickly and the area around was rendered where necessary to a high standard. The old door and frame was removed from site and left tidy. A good job very well done. Thank you.

I wanted a new composit door and 2 windows to the read of the property in a dark anthracite colour. From the initial contact to the final fitting the service was excellent and everything was so easy. Adrian came & measured then sent me a quote which was very reasonable so I accepted. I was them given a fitting date for about 3 weeks time I think. I understand the windows are manufactured in their factory. John & his son Finn who came to fit were really nice friendly guys. They left no mess and made a great job. Delighted with it. My neighbours have commented how smart they look.

I had a warm roof and windows fitted.Adrian discussed my request, giving detailed information on how the work would progress in an easy to understand way. When the work was completed, everything was cleaned and tidied with rubbish taken away. The cost, for the work done, was reasonable and there was no hidden costs. All staff a were friendly and approachable. Well worth the five stars.

P&P did a great job of 4 windows for me, all old waste removed and taken away Really happy with the new windows. Will definitely be using again..

The estimator is reliable and helpful, the fitters are excellent, unfortunately its the in between that lets it down. The door I ordered was incorrect on delivery. I had to wait several weeks for a replacement. I was pleased with the door when it was finally fitted, and planned to have the other two replaced. The estimator arrived, took measurements and said the office would be in touch, but if they didn't contact me, I should give them a ring!!. Up to now, no contact and no price, and I will not be contacting them, I've done my part.

Fitters arrived on time and were very polite. They did a lovely job and left house tidy.

Very disappointed with the service received. Ordered an internal door back in September, waited weeks for an update but still didn’t get one so I called them and they said they would come and fit it and no one turned up. Then when they did turn up they fitted a faulty door. Again I had to chase them up on numerous occasions for an update. Every time I called no one seems to know what was going on. I never even got an apology! Customer service was shocking. The joiners were actually very lovely and pleasant. But it does not make up for the fact it’s took 6 month for 1 door.
