Product great. Delivery via DPD not so great. They said they tried to deliver and missed us but they didn’t try at all as we have CCTV whisch shows no attempt was made to deliver as notified on the Friday. Product finally arrived on the Monday after at 18.45. There was no point of contact to Toolden other than email which was not responded to and still has not been responded to.
