We have been a customer of Hills Waste Solutions for over 3 years. As we have grown, unfortunately so has our waste. Having emailed today to enquire about going up a size, a wonderful young lady called Zoe Ratcliff phoned me back, listened to my requirements, and found me a cost effective solution - without increasing my bin size, and for only £4.50 a week more! Zoe was knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, polite - a credit to the company. Thankyou.

Absolute disgrace, booked them in for a full site collection and they couldn’t be bothered to collect it. Only emptied the bin and not a single extra piece of waste. Useless service and I wouldn’t waste your time.

You could ask trust pilot to make the questionnaire more relevant to your business. You always empty the bin and keep us informed of any new pick up times. However, if we are a couple of kilograms overweight you are quick to charge us, if we are underweight (most of the time) you never give us a rebate.

They come on the day and are very efficient
