We could not have been more impressed with the work that Richard and his team at Miniature Manors did in designing and installing our garden room. The attention to detail was flawless from start to finish. Richard has put together an incredible team of talented, friendly and efficient tradespeople who were a pleasure to have around. The work was of a very high standard and the team put up with our endless questions and late changes without any sense of stress or irritation. The garden room is constructed and finished to a very high standard and we are confident it will add value to our home as well as giving us a great additional space to live and work in. This was a big commitment for us and we feel very happy that we have had excellent value for money.

I can highly recommend Miniature Manors for any garden room project. We looked at a few garden room companies and while all seemed very professional I knew when I met Richard for a site survey that there was only one option for us and that was Miniature Manors. Richard was extremely knowledgable and able to make excellent suggestions. We initially contacted them as they were recommended to us by friends who had a garden room built which we were very impressed with. We asked for a garden room with internal dimensions of 6m x 4m to be used as extra living space year round. We had an idea of what we wanted with regards to materials, door options etc which Richard took a look at and suggested a few changes and a great explanation of the reasons for the recommended changes which I am so glad he did as the finished result is much better than we could ever have hoped for. The original estimate produced was exactly what we paid - no hidden extras. Richard and the whole team, including the electrician, decorator and plasterer were a pleasure to deal with - always professional, courteous, friendly and polite. The team have a great work ethic and seem genuinely proud of the finished product and proud they should be as we are delighted with our new room. There was always great communication to keep us up to date with what was happening on a day-to-day basis. The team were always tidy at the end of the day and there was very little disruption. Thanks again to Richard and the team for a superb build.

We wanted a garden cabin built to regs. We shopped around for a long time before settling on Miniature Manors (MM). This decision was not exclusively based on best price, but on reputation, build quality (we saw previous clients' builds) and the obvious expertise of Richard and the trades he brought to view the project. MM made the process straightforward and were a pleasure to have around - not something I would say lightly. Everyone on the team was very polite, very professional and, best of all, excellent at what they do. We put a lot of money, for us, into this project and I'm pleased (delighted and relieved!) to say it was worth every penny.

Miniature Manors did a fantastic job designing and building our garden room. They’re a great company to deal with, the work was done to a really high standard by a great bunch of guys who kept us up to speed with everything that was going on throughout the build. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Miniature Manors did a great job building the music room in the back of our garden and work quickly and efficiently despite the limited space available for moving and storing materials around our house. Better communication from Miniature Manors when they had to reschedule the work and arrange for the final bits of electrical work are the only things that could have been improved.
