My experience with Logura was terrific. It began with James Harvey. James provided four solid concepts for our company logo to start. After narrowing to our favorite, James updated a few times until it was just right. James was very responsive and did a wonderful job of working with me until the logo was just right.

I love this company. I'm just starting my company and I trust them with my logo, and they over deliver for me!!!! Im impress with the communication and how fast the answer your question, even after hours you could talk with them. Definitely I'm using them for my future projects and recommend them to every body that I know. Keep the good work!!!!

This was one of the worst experiences. Their communication skills in English are very poor. I went back and forth on revisions to the point i just wanted them to finish where they were and upload the WordPress site to my host. They wanted all my credentials which I did not trust them to have. The site was broken so I had to spend hours fixing it and make the corrections they never completed. They sold me a 4 year hosting plan and mislead me on who my actual host was. They claimed it was Nexcess but it was just leased server space but Logura managed. I had the bad experience with the development so I didn't want to be dependent on them for 4 years. From the time I got it working I started getting spam bots so it seems like they were directed at this site intentionally. They are using "American" names but i doubt very much they are their names because every phone call with them was difficult to understand but worse was their comprehension of English obviously by the inability to make the changes during development. I did a little research and their "office" is just desk rental space and resources in NY. I doubt they are even there and doubt the actual developers are even in USA. This was the first and last time i will ever use an online service of any kind.

Robert at Logura is always on top of my needs. I rarely have to wait for a reply and my requests are implemented quickly. If I do have to wait for a reply, it's because it is the weekend.

Zack was very helpful and responsive when I needed help. Definitely a 5-Star experience. Chuck
