First To get the answer from them and fix whatever you don’t like it takes 24-48h (weekends not included). To creat the logo it took 3 weeks. Also in the end I got the logo, with wrong size of files EPS,JPG not only that, I got bad version EPS file, where my logo doesn’t even fit. I’m so happy I didn’t ask to do my website! No thank you.

This company is honestly a joke. Great presentation and website to sucker you in. I only give to 2 stars because of how nice they were through the whole process but it was like raising a child telling them every step of the way. They have no vision only software to built the website. Save your money and use wix or support a local company that you can meet face to face. The people I worked with spoke poor English and used google translate to fill in. After countless times of trying to explain myself I just did it. I also got the branding and the logo design they told me to pick pictures off of shutter stock and they would pay for them!?!?? They shouldn’t be allowed to do business. I did work with a guy named Robert if that is his actually name. He’s been very nice through the whole process but the rest of the company is awful.

Excellent work at a fair price. We were very impressed with the caliber of creative produce by Logura. Jordan our project manager communicated thoroughly during each round of revision. The final product exceeded our expectations.

He was very quick to get back to me with answers to my questions and he also did everything he said he was gonna do and then some!! I wasted 150 dollars when I could have gone to Fiverr for someone to take a template and present it to me as if its an original design. Needless to say I had to find a local artist to the job professionally. I hope no one else gets scammed like I did.
