I recently had the privilege of performing my first Umrah under the guidance of Imam Ijaz, and I cannot express how incredible the experience was. As a first-timer, I was initially nervous, but Imam Saab made everything so easy and meaningful. In Mecca, our hotel was well-appointed with all the necessary facilities close by, and we had the convenience of golf carts readily available to transport us to and from Masjid al-Haram. In Madinah, the hotel was conveniently located near Masjid al-Nabawi. The proximity to the mosque made attending prayers and engaging in ibadah incredibly easy. He went above and beyond by giving us a comprehensive tour of the Ziyaarats in and around Masjid al-Nabawi—something many other agents overlook. Each day, between Asr and Maghrib prayers, he would wait in the hotel lobby, available to answer any questions or address concerns. If we needed him day or night he was available to help and guide everyone. This gesture of accessibility and support was incredibly reassuring and showed his genuine care for everyone on the trip. MashaAllah a 5* star trip under the guidance of Imam Saab, everything was perfect AlhamdulilAllah. It was me and my familys first time to the blessed lands and as as expected we were abit nervous and didnt want to make any mistakes in ihram etc but AlhamdulilAllah Imam Saab guided us throughout. Imam Saab heart filled with love for our beloved Prophet Muhammad pbuh, gave thorough explanations of historic events thats took place in ziyraats trip which gave us all an eye opener of the struggle our prophet went through for us. My kids really enjoyed it and benefitted from Imam skillset of speaking in English, Mirpuri, Urdu and Arabic. We all made some good friends. All our journey was well managed by Hope Tours and i have already recommended many people to travel with Hope Tours InshaAllah will travel again with Imam Saab to Al Aqsa and Iraq tours soon

My second time travelling with Hope tour's in 2024 and I can wholeheartedly say it was an amazing experience both times. Imam Ijaz was a brilliant tour Guide who guided us through the comprehensive ziyaraah of both Makkah and Medinah, explaining in detail the significance and history behind each individual ziyaraah. An incredibly knowledgeable imam who did a perfect job of ensuring that everyone was looked after and ensured that everyone had a wonderful experience. A journey to Makkah and Madinah is a spiritual one. Personally it is to try and get closer Allah swt and our prophet pbuh. Hope Tours enabled me to concentrate on my prayers and not worry or really think about the external matters of travel, schedule etc. Everything was clear and kept to with a personal touch with Imam always available and responding to both religious and worldly questions/requests. They delivered exactly what they promised in advance. I could go on but I will finish with, I don’t normally review or recommend but I just had to on this occasion. Throughout the trip, the support from Imam ijaz was always there and was on hand 24/7 at all times if need be. Excellent experience first time travelling with my family with Imam Ijaz and hope tours. You will always get a family feeling with hope tours. Imam Ijaz is always available around the clock no matter what time. I am proud I took my kids on this tour as they have learnt alot from this tour. Imam Ijaz always provides great insight at every ziyarat. Both our hotels in Makkah and Medina was five star with excellent service throughout.
