Independent Mortgage Associates really made the difference. The bank we selected had a TERRIBLE idea to use an outsourced company (Integrar) for the mortgage process. I really cannot recommend Nay and Hermione @ Independent Mortgage Associates more highly. They are absolute superstars. I can't believe I haven't used them sooner to advise on my mortgage offers/ renewals. It is mad that their service to you is FREE - they recover a small commission from the relevant lender (and the cost is not passed on to you i.e. you still receive the same rate as if you didn't use a broker). Literally anyone who mentions mortgages to me now gets the same instant response: "you need to speak to Nay".

Another amazing experience from the team. I have used these guys on my last 2 properties and 3 renewals now and every time they have been brilliant.
