Called them at 8:30 am to replace a tyre. The man arrived at 10:30 and completed the job in 10 minutes, extremely impressive

I woke this morning to find I had a puncture. I contacted Mobiletyrefiter and received excellent service. Rob was helpful and quickly organised for someone to come and fit a replacement. The cost was competitive. As my husband is not well enough to help with fitting the spare as a temporary option, a mobile service was the only choice. Rob kept me up to date with arrival times and took the trouble to contact me afterwards to ensure I was satisfied. I highly recommend this company.

Noticed the flat tyre this morning, had hoped it would be repairable. No puncture found, so the diagnosis was "pothole damage", which means replacement according to the specialists, which I have no choice but to trust in this situation. And it seems fair as the roads had been bad and its likely that I had hit a hard edge at some point. Mechanic arrived, was quick, polite and professional. All in all, I was relatively quick on my way again.

I paid extra for a 90 minute to 2 hour service...5 hours later still being fobbed off...excuses were ridiculous and untrue...eventually contacted another company who got to me within 30 mins.. In fairness they refunded my money immediately after I asked for its return..so thanks for that...but took too long to answer where the fitter was and saying he had gone to pick the tyre up elsewhere was rubbish..
