United States | 10 December 2024After making several orders to the company it was taking a really long time to be shipped and the tracking they give isn't up to date so you never know what's happening. After more than a month went by I had contacted them several times and kept getting the same answer that high demand was making longer production times. Finally received the clothing and found it was FAR to small for the sizes they stated on the website so I wanted to return them for a larger size but apparently returning an item for replacement costs an extra $40 dollars on top of the $100 already spent and waiting more than a month. There is no good option with this company. HORRIBLE CLOTHING FROM A GREEDY HORRIBLE COMPANY. We never received our free tumblers either but keep getting told sure they are on the way. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. ☆☆Updated response: This review was done honestly with communication emails that I'd love to share here but am unable. The initial review was done prior to your company reaching out for the final time to offer us a return if we sent another $17 which would have been fine but you seem to want to try to prove that you were fully correct in this whole situation which you're not, sorry. As I pointed out in my emails and the review the items were over 20 days with no good answer from you Chloe since you are the one who is continuing to email me regarding this. I was patient and when the clothing arrived I advised you through email that yes I had written the wrong size and wanted to exchange if that was possible and that's when you emailed me that it was my mistake, which I already stated several times but thank you for bringing it up yet again. I never said that you sent the wrong size. I stated that you are a difficult company to work with and particularly greedy with your first emailed offer of "Send $38 and we will exchange AFTER receiving the incorrect size back". Then you emailed again after this review and offered a $17 exchange and that you were going to pay that out of your own pocket because you didn't want this honest review. I would have absolutely exchanged the items as normal just like any other store would do but to me the first time when you gave me the option of purchasing a fully new set and gifting the incorrect size to someone or option number 2 of paying you almost $40 to return the items as a inconvenience fee not to mention because you keep stating that your company is very busy right now which pushes your website stated delivery time of no more than 20 days to over 30 it wasn't a great option for me to pay you more money and wait another month at the very least because you're very very busy as you stated and cannot make the 20 day production time. Maybe don't blame the customer so much and try to work with them better instead of emailing that out of the kindness of your heart you're going to pay half of the inconvenience fee and are NOW stating that I don't have to send the original set of clothing that cost $80 back to you. I had already emailed you that I would work with your company to resolve this before you responded to this review which would have been taken down if you had emailed back with the final resolution that you are stating here that you gave me. I'll post everything from the very beginning when I made the order and ordered the incorrect size, waiting 30 days with no tracking of the package or anything to now with this review which again would have been updated to show that the order had issues but the company was working with me. But instead you're still trying to blame me for the incorrect size which I already stated in my initial email that I had ordered the wrong size and wanted to correct it. But not wait 30 days or pay $40 for an exchange of an already high priced outfit. ☆☆Again you're still arguing with a customer that had made several orders. I've already gone over everything via email. The offers you speak of were received AFTER a review of your company. I emailed again to try to work with you and AGAIN YOU ARE BLAMIMG ME AND ARGUING. So this honest review will remain posted and ALL information including the emails, original order and any and all communications plus this review will go up on ALL social media platforms so that someone else doesn't have to deal with you in the manner that you've chosen to try and "handle me" so that you don't get this honest review of you Chloe, not the company but YOU. YOU chose to argue with me, YOU chose to back peddle, YOU chose to send out emails that it's Christmas time and orders will be late AFTER arguing with me about your shipping times which I find interesting and will pass along to the appropriate departments of government as I feel that this now goes beyond just a poor customer service agent and now needs to be handled by appropriate enforcement agencies that handle companies such as the one you are representing as an employee. Done.

She got me the right size. And they are made of cotton. I couldn’t believe what I got I got a SMALL shirt and a mug. The mug was suppose to be free and the pajama set top and bottom was 69.00 I was sooooo disappointed. But Chloe made it all ok. I do have a question will I get another mug???
