The guys gave me a ring 1/2 hour before arriving. My delivery slot was 0700-1000, and they arrived at 0810. Guys were pleasant and respectful of my house, and delivery went with no complaints at all.

Purchased a new sofa and the company chose V1 to deliver it to us. Phoned the day before to let us know a window for delivery, delivery day came and they arrived near the earliest part of the delivery window. Checked where we wanted it taken to and proceeded without any complaints (as it was through the house and very heavy). Both very friendly and professional.
