I am very happy to write a review for Dyson bikes I purchased 2 Dyson E bikes from My Ride Superstore in Geelong One was a EVO RTC 15 Ah the other was a Mixte RTC 15 Ah One of the bikes was for my wife for her 70th birthday the other one was for myself Neither of us had ever ridden an E bike before So far the bikes have exceeded our expectations We have explored many bike paths around the Surfcoast The staff at My Ride Super Store were really good in helping us to choose our bikes We have also purchased an Ezi- Grip car bike carrier like the E bikes we have purchased this is also a winner I would like to recommend Dyson Bikes to any body that want to purchase a E bike

I still wait in suspended anticipation for the arrival of my August order, A suspension seat post. It’s in the mail, I assume COVID is to blame ? I’m sure it will be worth the wait.

I purchased a bike rack for 2 x bikes. Staff at Dyson Bikes were knowledgeable , helpful and importantly kept in regular communication regarding the status of my order.

Ordering online was simple and pricing was good as it included free delivery. Delivery was a bit slow, 8 business days, but that was because of COVID and Australia Post delays.

Great service all round. It was expedient, arrived in great knick and I was kept up to date through the entire process. They even upgraded my lock to one that would better fit the model I purchased with no extra cost. Can't fault them; good folks, great bike. G

I purchased the Bondi E-bike which I am extremely happy with. The customer service is also amazing....so pleased.

Amazingly well designed and user friendly E Bike Carrier. It was easy to assemble and fit to the tow bar. It was easy to fold up and remove with little effort and store in our Garage until our next trip. It was very fairly priced for the Engineering that went into it as we have two heavy E Bikes weighing 50kg combined and the carrier is rated for 60kgs.
