Even threw Covid times the company were great and very fair to deal with. Sheree always manages to find me a great deal and I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone. It was this personal and patient service that convinced me to select our holidays. The cost of the holidays compared to the class of hotel and accommodation was very competitive, and all the arrangements down to the choosing of our airplane seats have now been completed. We have been using Travelbeam for around 8 years because of their great customer service. It’s great to be able to pick up the phone and talk to a real person. For our holiday in April, we went to the Ikos Dassia (family of four) and everything was smooth from booking with Sheree to getting our travel documents. We are about to go on a large family holiday (11 of us) to Crete booked through Travelbeam and I’m sure it is going to be fantastic.
