When my 3 yr old granddaughter took the top off the buttflies did not come out. They stayed right in box. It did not surprise her. Very disappointed.

Totally disappointed with this order!

Bought this for my 7 year old. Luckily, we celebrated the day after his birthday so the arrival worked out but the butterflies didn't dispatch as seen on videos. But he loved it still. To my surprise, the cake was moist and tasty. Id use this again.

The product came very fast, looking as it should, but the bubbles didn't shoot out. I reached out and only got a $20 refund

The cake was good, but upon opening the box, the device that was supposed to play music and shoot cards out didn't work right away. I even watched the person carefully follow the instructions and it just didn't work properly.

Not your fault but a funny story. My box was delivered after my neighbor picked up packages (thought it was one of them). However, it was not and that night, the javelinas tore the box apart and ate the cake. I would love to see their reaction when the butterflies started flapping around. On the plus side, what was left looked great.

OH MY GOODNESS!!! How fun!! My little granddaughter was so excited to receive her valentines cake with flying butterflies from her Grumpy and SuSu:) We wanted to do something unique and it was delivered timely and even had our pictures on the box! I would have thought it would have taken longer but they got it done quick! Thank you so much:)

I ordered a gift for a friend, and I paid extra fees in order to get the delivery on the date I selected, but they deliver the gift in a diff date, I’m so dissatisfied.

every thing was good , but I had two orders . The one that went to texas went to the wrong address, my fault and the shipper left it at the wrong address. , and she had to go and get it.

Great service. Love the package ! I think the website is very difficult to navigate. It took me 2nours as it jumps around. I finally got some help. You should take phone orders as I won’t spend so much time ordering again. It’s too bad as you have a good product
