I purchased the nose balm and shampoo for my poodle. The presentation of the containers of each product are lovely. I’ve been using the nose balm for a while now & very sadly I don’t feel it’s any good, to the point i regret buying it. The Shampoo seems nice enough.

I ordered some pieces but they appeared to be late in being delivered. When I queried it I had an extremely prompt reply and a reason (I’d ordered a sold out candle) parcel arrived and my dog was super excited.

Have used this shampoo since getting pup at 8 weeks. Over two years later I’m buying my second bottle! Short haired dog that’s only bathed when she’s rolled in something stinky. Shampoo is nice and gentle and never leaves her coat dandruffy or dry. Her coat is smooth, shiny and soft so I’ll continue to use
