United States | 31 July 2023I've been trying to reach anyone at the number since April 2023. My Walking Stick broke a leg and my warranty is still valid until December. The customer service email isn't any better. It's a shame that that have a great product however customer service is horrible to non existent. I regret buying your product. And they say New Yorkers are rude and dismissive.

United States | 03 April 2019I am a 57y/o 6'1" man who weighs 250 lbs and my entire lumbar spine is fused(3 separate surgeries over a 15yr. period. A friend of mine who is a retired thoracic surgeon (78 yo) who has MS and his daughter bought him a flex sticks cane with 3 legs. He loves it. I thought it was something I would like to try.out so I bought one and love it!!! Extremely stable and well built. It handles my 250# weight without any problems and 3 legs are excellent walking over even or uneven ground. I just bought another one in a different color to better match some of my wardrobe. I am a completely satisfied customer and regularly recomend this cane to any person who asks about it. Customer service is fantastic and this customer is completely satisfied. Jamie is committed to customer satisfaction.

United States | 16 September 2017I have full body nerve pain and the flex stick has been able to get me out of my wheelchair the past few days. The springs allow the cane to work better than regular canes and helps lower my pain level while I'm out doing things. The springs also make it easier on my joints when I'm walking.

United States | 12 January 2017I have had my FlexSticks for three years and change the sticks on the base. It is fun to have the different colors. The stability of the three points is great when I walk around the farm and woods. I can stand it up or hang it by the loop when I have a job that requires both hands. Great design and the handle is soft but "firm". The light is very useful as it lights the way ahead on the floor for me in the house and I do not disturb anyone with my nocturnal rambleings. I Love Them !

United States | 08 February 2016Finding this product on line, has proven to me, to be almost a Blessing from God. Nothing I have done, has really changed. But since I have been using the Flexi-Stick for daily use, I get all the support I need to take stress off my knees going up and down steep steps. This product is solidly built, quality and high functional. The best way to give you an overall assessment in terms of what it can do, is tell you it is the closest thing to a AWD cane that is possible. With it, I can walk in bad weather and not slip, climb up grades, and the stability of the spread out tri pod feet are an engineering marvel in terms of function. LS - Pittsburgh, PA

United States | 04 February 2016Having owned many other traditional canes and some that were supposed to stand on their own I was a little apprehensive to get a new cane that could have turned out to be gimmicky. The FlexSTICK is no gimmick. The ability to stand on it's own on less than perfectly level ground is simply one of the great features of the cane. The shock absorbing and self adjusting legs, locking collars (no clicking noises when walking), and included flashlight all add to the practical usefulness of this cane. Even though it's very lightweight it still feels sturdy and stable. It is very easy to adjust everything from the height to the right or left-handed option and even the firmness of the springs. No tools needed. The best part? The excellent stability and reduction of fatigue in my arm. I'm giving away my old canes because after using the FlexSTICK I would have a hard time going back to them.

United States | 15 November 2015Well meaning wife buys for husband with intention Essential Tremor who has developed balance disorder. Wife loved it, showed it to husband who will not touch or try ugly, too much cane. I am not returning Flexstick cane, it does not take up much space and hasn't eaten a thing. Since it is so adjustable to accommodate height and left or right handed use it will remain at our home for a spare for our very large family. Thanks for your website and for answering all my questions before my purchase.

United States | 08 November 2015I feel very secure when the ground is not level. I like the flashlight for those trips to the bathroom at night and love that it stands on its own.

United States | 08 November 2015My husband has Parkinson's and has tried many canes. I got this for him last year and it's the only one he uses now. The end caps wear out quickly, so order extra to begin with or they should send extras like they sent extra springs to begin with.

United States | 07 November 2015Shipped in a reasonable time frame. Cane works, little awkward but maybe it just takes time getting use to it and using it properly.

United States | 04 November 2015It took some getting used to, but now I really love my Flexstick cane. It's much sturdier than a straight cane and I feel secure using it. I love the purple color also. I'd recommend you try it out and see if it's good for you, too.

United States | 04 November 2015I love my flexstick. I had to replace a rubber tip as I pulled it off after putting it in a shopping cart.. Response and shipping were prompt. Would recommend this company and product to anyone. Cheryl

Canada | 04 November 2015The flexstick that I paid $150 Canadian for is no better than the quad cane that I paid $20 Canadian for.Actually the $20 quad cane that I have is more stable than the flexstick. They claim that it doesn't tip over and fall like other canes. This piece of junk tipped and fell so many times each day, the light bulb in the flash light broke. Do yourself a big favor. Don't fall for their scam like I did. If there are good reviews about it, then the posters of these reviews were paid to do so.

United States | 04 November 2015see my review on flexsticks facebook site. summary: my cane was and is my buddy before my hip replacement on oct. 12, 2015, and during my rehabilitation. the design relieves the strain on my shoulder and wrist, and of course, aids in the relief of walking pain and maintaining my balance.

United States | 04 November 2015I like being able to stand my Flexstick upright alone and its self-adjusting legs. I do find that I have to be careful not to kick the base when I walk. I've tried adjusting it, but still kick it occasionally and am afraid I might trip and fall. Suggestion: make snap-on prong attachments for the bottoms of the legs for slippery, icy surfaces.

United States | 04 November 2015I HAVE HAD SEVERAL DIFFERENT CANES, BUT MY FLEXSTICK WITH MY FLASHLIGHT IS THE ANSWER, I HAVE TWO OF THEM JUST IN CASE...WM

Canada | 04 November 2015It is a cane with 3 points where it touches the ground I have dizzy problems , and use it when needed to keep me balanced . All other canes would not hold me

United States | 04 November 2015I bought 2 of these canes for 2 ladies. One has Parkinson's and we found that the Flexstick was dangerous. She trips on the tri-pod, so waste of money. The other recipient, 92-yr-old likes it somewhat but still reverts back to her old cane. Both ladies don't feel secure using them. Over all, Flexsticks are very lovely to look at but not too effective and they are very expensive.

United States | 04 November 2015My flex stick is perfect for my needs. It is both attractive and sturdy. The flexibility is an added bonus. Love that it stands on it's own.
