Went today for the first time and had a great experience. Conor was thorough, professional, and friendly. He provided informative advice and took care of the blockage in my ear. The pictures of my ear were awesome. Great to be able to see how it looked before and after. He has lots of cool tools and knows what to use to get the job done quickly. He then did a hearing test and my hearing is great. Excellent experience. Highly recommend.

I saw Conor for the first time today regarding ear wax removal and was very impressed. He was very thorough, used a combination of treatments and provided before and after photos. I had been suffering from poor hearing coupled with tinnitus for several weeks. Conor was recommended to me and provided an excellent service. He was able to provide me with an emergency appointment and quickly diagnosed the cause of my problems following physical examination supported by a series of audiology tests using specialist technical equipment. Fortunately my hearing problems should be temporary only and Conor recommended clearly the remedies that are likely to sort things out for me. Throughout the consultation, Conor was very friendly and professional and explained the testing and results being undertaken. I had every confidence in his opinion and would not hesitate to recommend him to others.

Alan had cleared my ear wax twice before in my home town. He left there to work in Hove. I managed to track him down, as I was very pleased with my treatment from him in the past. His new premises are very light and welcoming and as always it was a very good experience. He took time to check on medical history and explain and give advice as to whether to have one of my ears treated or not, showing me a photo of that ear. I will be contacting him again, when I next need ear wax removal.

I had been struggling with wax build-up in one of my ears, to the point that I could barely hear that side and ear drops (as advertised on TV), although softening it, were not clearing it. I visited Conor who confirmed that both ears had a build-up, although the one I had been treating with drops was worse than the other. He cleaned out both and checked the condition of my eardrums afterwards. Blissful relief! Very professional service - checked previous history etc.. beforehand and clearly explained the process. Visited Conor in the Twickenham clinic for a check up as I have been suffering from specific hearing issues. He ran through a series of tests, explaining the purpose of them and then explaining the findings from the tests, and some recommendations on how to mitigate my symptoms. I received the results by email shortly after the appointment as well. All-in-all, highly efficient; clearly explained (no gobbledygook); and with practical outcomes and advice.

Lots of wax in both ears removed quickly and efficiently. Much better hearing as a result. Prompt appointment and it worked without the 2 weeks of olive oil prior to an appointment. Hearing tests as well as recommendations for ear protection at gigs. All in all, wonderful service. Will be back to keep the lugholes clear!

I went to see Conor to check if I needed to have wax removed. I have slight hearing loss and he gave me a thorough checkup and some good advice as to how to ease a skin problem. Conor informed me all along what he was doing, showing me the images he had taken of the inside of my ears. Conor is very friendly and approachable, he was happy to answer my questions. Will definitely go back. Would recommend.
