I had 3 wildly different quotations for a Kruger coin that I wanted to sell. Responding to my Whatsapp query, Mandy gave me such an unexpectedly high quote that I had to doublecheck with her if it wasn't a mistake! When I finally phoned for an appointment, Nico was able to accommodate me the very same afternoon. The transaction was quick and simple and the money was transferred into my bank account immediately. Both Mandy and Nico were outstanding - they were helpful, efficient and competent. An added plus is that their offices are in a shared office space and there's no indication of what their business is. It's a safe and secure environment and you don't have to worry about being watced and targeted by criminals.

I was received very well at the Boksburg branch, extremely friendly staff! The process was explained very thoroughly, and I was satisfied with the quotation. It was followed with calls from Head Office confirming the process, and I was pleasantly surprised to receive a little more than the original quote.
