Generally excellent service and good prices. However the frustrating thing is when browsing the website and choosing things that you then find are out of stock. This is consistently frustrating. Please can your include a way to remove out of stock items?

Was looking for a Carhartt hoodie as I needed a new one for the coming winter. MI Supplies came up recommended, and I decided to take the chance and bought the k121 hoodie in black. I have no regrets at all. I ordered the hoodie on a Thursday evening, it was dispatched by Friday morning, and I received it by Saturday morning. 2 days! The hoodie came perfect, and I’ll definitely be buying more Carhartt wear from here in the future!

I have always used MI for my Snickers gear. Not only does their site cover the full Snickers range, where a number of other sites only do the top sellers, they offer a brilliant logo service. Other sites I checked have really high set up and logo charges (Workwear Express charge was £17.34 to get one logo done!!!), MI don’t charge a set up cost at all and will happily create your logos before I commit to placing my order. Great customer service all round and shame others aren’t like that! Shout out to Mike in customer services and Rich sorting my delivery out to arrive on time.

I have used MI Supplies consistently for approximately 8 years. Initially when purchasing a wide variety of items as a project manager on behalf of my employer at the time. Times are difficult at present and supply chains are frankly in chaos - something that I feel in my own business. MI supplies try to be as clear and open as they can with their expected delivery times. I have had the odd order miss it's advised window, however the communication was responded to with a real and accurate update. Never bought carhart boots so proof will be in the wearing when they arrive. Price seemed decent. The marketing caught my eye with 24 hour despatch so i ordered and was disappointed to have to wait for ten days for delivery. It did say on some sizes obviously not mine!!!! hence three stars
