As a big fan of Carhartt, we stumbled across this website after searching for some clothing. I personally prefer their workwear range - to wear both in and out of work and found that MI supplies not only have a massive selection but are priced fairly too. My son works as an industrial electrician and recently needed a decent pair of work boots. As he loves Carhartt clothing for work as much as his regular civvies, he asked me if I’d send for a pair he’d seen on the Carhartt website that were exactly what he was looking for, but which I thought were way too expensive, so I did a bit of internet trawling and came across MI Supplies. Not only did they have the very same boots in stock, but they were also £50 cheaper and were available the very next day as opposed to waiting at least a week from the Carhartt shop in Germany…it was a no brainer really! Fair do’s, they arrived less than 24 hours after I’d even placed the order, so the customer service is second to none and I won’t hesitate in recommending MI Supplies to anyone, as not only is my lad extremely happy with his boots but I’m happy that I saved myself £50! Nice to get some good quality gear from a decent supplier. Clothing arrived quickly, at a decent price, and would definitely recommend to anybody!

I ordered several items from MI supplies but nothing showed up. I phoned to chase and was told that one of the items had a delay. The operator was very apologetic and said that she would make sure the other items were sent out immediately. The whole of my order arrived the next as promised. The operator also followed up with an email to apologise again for the delay and to make sure I was happy with my order. I’d definitely recommend MI supplies. I was extremely happy with both my order and the high quality customer service/aftercare.
