Very helpful staff with quick responses to any enquiry. Informative and pleasant, very co-operative, organised. Safe, friendly driver, happy to assist passengers, kept to time scales within possibilities of traffic. Clean, comfortable coach. Date of recent trip 26 Sept 2024 Will be using the Company again. I have used this company 3 times to take a group of senior ladies to the coast.Each time Guideline has been reliable and punctual.The coaches are comfortable with A/C and toilet facilities and the drivers have been accommodating and personable.I would highly recommend this family run business.

I booked a 55 seater from Guidelines coaches for a weekend trip from London to Manchester, from my initial contact with the ladies Crystal and Debbie it was great service, The vehicle was very clean and comfortable, with reclining seats for extra comfort, and effective air conditioning. The driver, Tyreece, now, I couldn't have ask for a better driver if I tried, very professional, friendly, disciplined and organised. Timings was on point, he made a great impression on all of the passengers which were mainly middle age to seniors - very difficult these days to be impressed by the young ones. I will recommend this company to anyone and I am giving 5 stars to the company and 10 stars to the driver. Thank you for a pleasant journey at a great price too. We hired Guideline Coaches for a school day trip to Chessington. The two coaches arrived early, the two drivers Tyreece and Ahan were both polite and professional. Thank you for the great service from the booking team to the coach drivers. Would definitely recommend to others.
