Excellent customer service , fast delivery and by far it's the best ready made cocktails going.

Easy to order, delivery date only a couple of days from order. Good product and price is very competitive.

Having ordered 6 mixed cocktails, I was shocked to note that when they arrived none of the bottles were full to the top and none had exactly the same volume. I subsequently contacted Customer Services and sent photo proof. Another 6 bottles were sent to me as a gesture of goodwill. Again, the volume in each bottle was not the same. I then opened the Pina Colada and it tasted nothing like one neirher did the Mojito or Sex on the Beach. I was extremely disappointed. My husband tried the Expresso Martini and spat it out as the coffee flavour was extremely strong and no taste of alcohol. Please note that there is no alcohol taste to these cocktails even though it says 10% alcohol. The remaining cocktails were binned. I certainly wouldn't recommend these cocktails and won't be buying again. Several of my family and friends have asked about my experience with Tapp'd and I've been brutally honest. Unfortunately, no recommendations from me. Total waste of money.

Bought close to £400 of cocktails from this company over 3 individual orders. For the last one even paid £7.95 extra for faster delivery. When asking for my 10% voucher code for a repeat order to be applied (as forgotten at check-out) got a negative answer back and they advised I should place another order and then apply the voucher. Great cocktails but stingy management/customer service.

I have ordered cocktails several times over the year. Not once have I recieved my order next day when I have placed my order before 2pm. I only live in Chelmsford. This time however takes the p*** and ruined our football get-together. My order is not getting delivered until 4 days later after it is expected and I have had to go and buy alternative alcohol from the supermarket. Sorry Tapp'd I have given you the benefit of the doubt. 4 times I've tried you and 4 times you have let me down. Offering next day delivery is a joke!!!! I won't be ordering from you again.

Amazing cocktails. The flavours are brilliant we tried 4 different ones and they were all excellent. If you are ordering glasses with them then please be aware when you have added ice to the cocktail to serve the martini glass and coupe glasses are not big enough. We ordered the hurricane glass and it was huge 500ml like a vase. It would be better if the glass sizes were matched to the amount of liquid. The cocktails were delicious.

I ordered the cocktail and glassware set. I choose the two glasses that I would like but only one of my choices arrived. Given that I paid for the glasses and they were not complimentary, I feel it’s poor customer service to state that they are subject to stock and availability. If this is the case, the website should state if they are out of stock or contact you to say your choice is not available. If they were a freebie then I’d be more than happy to accept what was available/sent but I paid for them. When I spoke to the company I got told quite emphatically, twice in the space of literally a few minutes, that it stated the conditions on the website and it was basically matter closed. Sorry Tapp’d but I doubt I will order again.

Fantastic service and the quality of drinks was amazing much better than I anticipated. Excellent presentation too - will be ordering again.

Amazing cocktails, good value for money and quick delivery! Very good customer service, I had ordered a cocktail shaker and when it arrived it was cracked, on contacting the company they responded very quickly and sent out another immediately! Would highly recommend!

I’ve ordered quite a few times now, I saw them on ITV and thought I’d give them a try. They are quite strong and have lots of different types which is fun to try! I think they must be getting really popular and busy now so might explain some issues with delivery times but I was happy to wait as I enjoyed them so much!

I saw the item on on ITV's This Morning Programme. I placed an order as part of a friends Birthday present. When the package arrived it was disappointing. I called them and was promised a replacement with in time for my friends Birthday present. We called them again on the day of my friends Birthday as nothing had arrived. The lady told me she had no record of the package being sent out and they would refund my payment. Not really what I needed during lockdown having to go out and find a shop for a Birthday present. Again, I was promised they would investigate what went wrong and get back to me. Nothing!!

Saw these advertised on ITV,s This Morning, I think the Company was caught out by the response. I waited several days for my delivery but finally phoned the Company, their response was fantastic and I received my cocktails by express delivery, WELL DONE. Past on these to the 2 people helping me during LOCKDOWN.

Ordered 12 cocktails and these came within an hour and a half. Good price and cocktails are fantastic :) Very pleased
