Denmark | 01 April 2025Joel was the worst host we ever had. He is renting the houses on AIRBNB for a company (SEMESTER BOSTADEN), and never showed that on his profile. He was never at the apartment, and after all the problems we had (the apartment was not clean, impossible to walk without shoes, the WC was just disgusting, there were cockroaches, the key for the front door was not working, the water heater didn't work for more than 2 days, there was a sofa bed in one of the rooms instead of a double bed) He was arrogant on the phone and never apologized for all the inconveniences we had. He seemed to be very busy managing all the apartments they rent, and he was not willing to help us.

Denmark | 09 August 2023Flyt eller køb ikke en bolig i Spanien. De er så byråkratisk med alt. Man kan ikke få nogle papirer (Nie) eller certifikater. Man har blokeret alle muligheder at boke en tid hos myndighederne at få viktig dokumentation. Politiet er også meget arrogante og ofrivilige at hjælpe en, man bliver behandlet som om man er en kriminel. Hvis du ikke vil blive skuffet, flyt ikke til dette odemokratiskt land, de er 20 år bagud i Europa med alt, særligt mentaliteten, jeg kan ikke forstå at EU tillader dette land at være medlem i EU.

Spain | 16 December 2019Be warned Joel and his staff in Semester bostaden are scammers. They don't honor the terms of your contract, advertise your apartment for twice the amount they send you the report for. When you ask for the plarforms actual invoices they refuse to provide it to you. They also do poorly in response and communications and don't bother much to optimise the rental prices. If I could give them -2 stars for their dishonesty I would.
