I booked a vehicle with them the next day it got cancelled. I suppose they got more money for it . very disappointing my reason is that my wife’s mother is on end of life I needed a vehicle for my return then euro car rental let me down so in the end I got the coach home ..I will never use them again and will stick with enterprise a lot better at customer service and better in every way

Worst customer service especially the excel location they are full of lies and fake promises I was told I will be picked up but on the day I was supposed to be picked up I waited all day and I had to chase them up to find out at end of the day that no one is coming to pick me up waited at home 6hrs for nothing then next day I went to collect the car they added insurance with my knowledge and worst of all when time was due for collection they play games and not pick it up the car and made me stay at home all day waiting then next day they said someone will be there will there be 11am I took some time off and told work I becoming late and sat at home no calls no one answering their calls and ignored me and hang up on me when I waited for manger in customer service this the worst service I ever experienced I will take this to watch dog and trading standard their customer services is full lie and no can get hold of the branch in excell where I rented from. They don’t care they only want charge extras and I am not using a car sitting outside this a joke please please don’t rent from this company and I will report this to financial ombudsman

This firm stole £52 of my money. After my car broke down, I was transported by Rac to my repair garage. On the way there I was contacted by eurocar oxford as I had an onward travel policy with Rac. I explained that. I did not have my drivers licence on my person and gave all my other personal details over the phone I told the manager that I would contact them later with my number. This was agreed. Two couriers arrived with my hire car which I signed for . As I was driving out the garage door I was stopped by the second courier who told me that I could not have the car. I then phoned my mother in law who gave me my drivers number over the phone which I gave to the firm. I was then told that I still could not have the vehicle and I was left standing with four bags of luggage and had to travel by bus and train 50 miles to get home this was SHOCKING service and there was a serious language barrier...NEVER AGAIN ! BEWARE. Mr. Swan

Blev opkrævet 400 euros efterfølgende, ved ikke hvorfor! Da jeg ankom fik jeg at vide at der kun var sommerdæk på bilen (vi er i januar) jeg havde specifikt bedt om vinter ell helårsdæk og var blevet lovet helårsdæk. Havde også bestilt snekæder da jeg skulle i bjergene, der lå ingen forespørgsel om snekæder hos Eurocar ved ankomst. Måtte leje en anden bil med helårsdæk i stedet, 150 euros dyrere.
