Great customer service got the job done really quick

WOW - what more can I say?! I’ve got wool carpets with kids and dogs and I was sure I would have to replace them. Steve at Carpet Fresh assured me he could extend their lives. I was skeptical, but he did more than extend their lives, he made them look and feel nearly as good as new (they’re 6 years old). Big thanks to Steve and the Carpet Fresh team. I’ll be using them annually for now on to keep my carpets in tip top condition.

Fantastic service and amazing results I was so worried after spilling paint on my new carpet they came out the next day after speaking to them the man that turned up was lovely and polite within an hour the paint was gone and the results were incredible would highly recommend thank you so much

First class service, used a big machine that pulled the pile up in the carpet first, my carpet looks brand new. Really happy with overall result.
