I had ordered 2 kinds of wallpaper,untill the advance payment was done they are continuously following up with you,after the payment they vanish until you call them several times,after which I was assigned a designer to whom I share the exact colour and pattern I want after a delay of 3 weeks and final payment he delivers another colour and different pattern..now when I am asking for a refund,they refuse you pick up the call ,even if they do ,they keep leading you on...this brand/company is not reliable and the positive reviews given in the site are definitely not genuine

Good prints, international shipping took a week for delivery. All seems to be good so far. One area for improvement could be more variety of designs to choose from.

Great experience getting my wallpaper done by Magic Decor as the process was smooth and Mr Rahul was very helpful during the process. Measurement was changed due to wardrobe position change but after re measurement it was done with proper finish.

The initial response of home visit is very professional. They come immediately after the request is placed. They take full advance in the name of customised printing. Initially they just delay things and create some confusion. But very soon they stop taking calls and then no response at all. I have been calling all numbers but they have stopped responding altogether.

They have horrible work service,no proper management.while taking orders they will say big big things but if there is any mistake they won't respond nor pick the calls and if they pick it up they will just say our support team will connect you which doesn't happens and there is no proper communication channel.beleive me who ever is thinking of ordering here I would only suggest to do it from any of ur nearby shops atleast u can go and tell them and sort out the things. Till the time I am posting here my problem is not solved and my money is also stuck here. How good u get a discount or quality don't go for it....their management is horrible. We regret our decision for selecting magic decor.....till the end and end I will say don't go for them. They don't respond properly nor give solutions and not even proper responsible person connects u. I would not have even given one star but it's only because although quite late but we received the courier which was of wrong size and the colours were not as per they said . Very PATHETIC service And the ones who took the size of the wall and was responsible for everything was the manager as told to us and then someone told to us that Pratyush will connect you but never was it done. And their helpline numbers are now not being picked up.... Believe me in any case don't go for Magic Decor I read some more reviews for them just now and realised even we faced the same problem. Do not go for them

First of all the customer service. Mr. Jaganath Raut was very helpful and patient. Plus the product was too good. The finish looks more like a painting than a wall paper. I have already recommended you to 5 of my friends and relatives. Thank you

One of the worst services and support by @magicdecor_com. Placed order for wallpapers . The printing is full of discrepancy, Their support is pathetic and very irresponsible. Never expected this kind of service. I was following up with their service support person(sowbhagya not lifting my calls from last month) who is not responsive and not providing any resolution for the design issue. The order was placed 3months ago and they delivered the wallpaper one month ago itself. They asked to wait 72 hours but even after a month no response. Every time this worst bevaars indecent useless fraud people are given a ticket number for resolution . Their support is pathetic and very irresponsible. Never expected this kind of service. I was following up with their service support person who is not responsive and not providing any resolution for the black spots and pixelated issue. It's a blocker for me to move into my flat as this wallpaper is backside of the bed in master bedroom. The order was placed 3months ago and they delivered the wallpaper 2 weeks ago itself. Installation is also not proper and full of bubbles and gum. They asked to wait 72 hours but even after a week the bubbles aren't going. Gum got dried and full of stains.

Magic decor has given what was being shown in the website. Mr. Jagannath helped us in placing the order as it was an international delivery. Delivery too was within the time frame

I've been very disappointed with the service experience. I raised a ticket over four weeks ago, yet there’s been no response. Despite multiple attempts to reach out, calls are continuously transferred from sales to support, with no follow-up from support. It feels as though resolving issues isn’t a priority. I hope the company takes customer feedback seriously and improves its support processes, as the current experience has been far from satisfactory.

We had a great experience with MagicDecor. The entire process is seamless and professional. Right from the first consultation to the designing, and finally the delivery and installation. The designer really did an amazing job customizing the wallpaper to our need and making it special for our daughter. There was a delay in the shipment even after paying for the express service. I was a little wary of it and raised several complaints on their portal. However, their executive Pratyush, connected with me at 11 PM to give me the assurance that their process was hampered due to the storms in their homes state where the manufacturing is done. He gave me a new eta and the actual delivery and installation was exactly as he promised. I am super pleased with the service and will highly recommend.

Seems to be an organised bluffing & scam company. They would send their representatives next day and as soon as you place the order and full payment they all are gone. The automated reply that you would see on watsapp has bogus customer care number. I would file and FIR nd consumer complaint fod this bogus company for fooling customers, running scams and absconding after tricking for money. Even by mistake, don't let them trick you. Order id: 95163735. Read few other reviews, it says same and I am positive they would come here and reply same here as well. All false and organised scamster.

Loved the experience of ordering the product from Magic Decor. Sales Representative understood my requirement, explained different wallpaper materials and gave me the best price for the premium quality along with a free installation as well. Once requirement was confirmed, I made 50% payment and then I was contacted by the designer who helps you finalize the design and help you with a visual of what the wallpaper would look like on your wall. I was able to request changes, have the designer rework on his designs a few times until I was satisfied. Once I accepted the design, I had to pay the remaining 50%. There was a delay in production due to material being out of stock which I came to know only after I escalated the delay to management. To my surprise, Magicdecor CEO took notice of my concern on LinkedIn and immediately had his sales manager take control of my case. He ensured that the wallpapers got printed quickly. However due to festival season, DHL was delaying shipment. So Magicdecor shipped it as a air cargo. Installation person went to the airport and picked it up himself, came next day and did such a wonderful and hassle free installation. Overall I am very happy with the product and service that I received and would recommend Magicdecor to my friends for sure!
