**Review for HOB I am extremely disappointed with my experience with HOB . After waiting three days for the correct bed delivery – having initially received the wrong one – I am still left without a bed after over a week. The delivery driver had assured me he would arrive within two hours, but I’m still waiting well beyond that. I feel my patience has been stretched thin throughout this entire ordeal. As the holiday season approaches, this delay has severely impacted my time and I’m falling behind on my Christmas shopping. To make matters worse, the customer service regarding this issue has been shocking. Communication has been lacking in at a customer service level and I am left in the dark about when I can expect my bed to arrive. Given the circumstances, I believe a discussion about compensation for this inconvenience is warranted. Yet HOB declined Unfortunately, this experience has left me questioning whether I would recommend HOB to others.

Great quality beds, excellent customer service and all round 5 stars. Will be returning for down stairs furniture in the new year!!!

I’m over the moon with my custom emperor bed , it’s just perfect!

From the moment I was in contact with the company it’s been nothing but amazing customer service keeping me updated on our sofa throughout the process. Once my sofa arrived I feel in love it’s amazing. I measured the sofa wrong and when getting back in contact with the company they done nothing but tried to help and even offered to cut it down to the right size thankfully I found a way to make it fit together by rearranging the pieces so I am keeping the 12ft sofa. It’s the perfect sofa. I could not recommend this company enough. Good customer service is so rare these days.

I had imagine this bed for my kids as I saw it on Instagram and didn’t think it’ll be possible. HOB furniture has made the most perfect bed for my girls and we love it even better in person. Communication was fantastic from the start and they kept me updated. The bed arrived even sooner than anticipated The delivery and install was also nice and smooth and took less than an hour Although I paid a little extra for the install is was worth it

I’ll confess we had some issues with production and delays, but I always try and take the view that this is when you get to see the quality of service provided. I have nothing but good to say about the experience, friendly, helpful, responsive are a few of the adjectives I would use. The delivery service alone was great and so many suppliers see that as drop and run away whereas he was genuinely helpful and easy to work with

Sofa Very stressful and unnessessary rudeness from the lady the runs this company. It took three attempts to get our Cinema sofa right after numerous mistakes. Whilst we are happy with the final sofa we have finally received, no one should have to threaten small claims court to get the goods they paid for. Faulty goods is unacceptable but her response was “well we won’t be making it a third time, and I don’t have to refund you”. Very poor communication. They stop responding on WhatsApp when they hear their goods are not up to standard and then don’t answer the main telephone. Would not recommend due to stress of dealing with them as a company.

HOB was great with getting my Sofa and Beds delivered. They arranged a time and date that was convenient for me. They called 1 hour before coming. The boys fixed the bed and placed the sofa where I wanted it to go. will return to HoB when we get a new house. GREAT SERVICE

We ordered and emporer bed. It is HUGE! It is solid wood, heavy and really good quality. The finished look is immaculate. The mattress is of extremely good quality it feels expensive and it was! I would recommend this product to anyone! There are some mixed reviews where there have been some issues but I received amazing customer service from the start when I enquired about the bed through until after delivery. My advice would be have the delivery guys make the bed for you if you choose this size because it’s hard work lugging it up the stairs as it’s a very solid and heavy bed. 10/10 all round.

Absolutely disgusting service. Completely incapable company who enjoy threatening customers with the "travelling community" as they cannot admit fault. The owner of this company manages the whatsapp account and clearly enjoys harassing customers and making threats to overcome issues. After 3 attempts of HOB delivering the "correct" sofa. By correct i mean fit for purpose. If i could add photos to this review you would see exactly what i mean. The cushions you sit on were beyond a joke. Not sure who they have making this furniture but it is nobody with a brain cell. Clearly HOB do not get involved with manufacture as if the owner had a brain cell they too would not let products go out to customers in this state. After months of poor service I took the case to my bank and won after being told by HOB that i would not win and money was held. I wanted a sofa I could use so when cushions arrived that were useable i closed the case. At this point i was threatened by HOB furniture with people turning up at my property and was sent messages with proof my address had been given out. The police were contacted and I have made a full report to Trading Standards. Never in my life have i experienced such unbelievably poor and inhumane services. REPLY- the liar here is you. I can upload photos of conversations of my order where at no time did you say I should not pick that fabric. Nor was there any discussion about filling until the 2nd delivery attempt of cushions. Show me where prior to the order I selected a filling. You can’t as it did not happen. So lies. I did not select a filling at any point! FACT A complaint is not rude. You could not deliver the item promised after multiple attempts. And no issue loading photos onto your website for customers to see what you think was acceptable il do that. Delivery company was different every time. FACT 1st company were not aware they had to take into a room which they did anyway as your mess up. Next two were a company that phoned at 9pm on the day with no prior notice by you or company saying they would be there in 20 minutes and in fact turned up at 10.30pm. Have doorbell footage to prove it. So again lies from you. Last gentlemen was lovely and laughed when he saw the cushions I had before the last were delivered. So lies again by you! Yes I was on holiday. So what. My sofa was delivered in June and I went on holiday 5 July. Was not expecting issue to be on going from beginning of June into July and then into August. So what is your point I did win my case hence the money was held as I had supplied enough evidence and have the proof of you telling me on WhatsApp money was held and you were annoyed. Then I sent proof to bank telling them money could be released as we had come to an acceptable outcome with final cushions. So you are the liar. Let’s hope I can upload WhatsApp communication to your website for customers to see your lies !!! Sofa was not fit for purpose until last cushions arrived FACT! you did not make collection attempts you threatened to send round Tommy from your travelling community and provided him my address telling me you would collect the sofa from my property no matter what. I told you to wait until bank had confirmed money was released. Again written communication to prove. The only liar here is you and your bogus third world company. FACT. I don’t need freebies believe me. Nor if I wanted a free item would I have paid completely upfront. So don’t try that rubbish. Again I told you in messages to not contact me as it was harassment and told you not to threaten me. Sure again I can upload that to your website. To prove your complete and utter lies. The only fabrication here is your reply to a complete load of rubbish to try and save your reputation. No problem. Absolutely amazing sofa, even though we use for our new cinema, it can be used all round the house. I cannot recommend enough. From beginning of order, to end. The order was made very quick, but our house wasn’t ready so company kindly held it for nearly a month and half for us. As soon as we were ready we called and it was delivered promptly. Quality is fantastic and it is not too soft but not too hard. We absolutely love it, love it, love it.
