Wanted it to be delivered to a UK address which was a shocking £50 delivery cost so I arranged for it to be delivered to my daughter’s apartment in Austria instead, at a more reasonable cost of 6 euros. Tracking info was sent and I tracked it on a daily basis. Yesterday it said it had been successfully delivered to my daughter’s apartment but it hadn’t. There was no card left either. I contacted Dansk today but was told I needed to chase it myself and they couldn’t do anything more. They also told me they thought it may have been delivered to a delivery point in Austria but couldn’t tell me where. I also have no ability, via the tracking link, to see detailed info on the delivery as it requires you to create an account which I couldn’t do as I am a UK resident. I also emailed the courier customer services and the emailed bounced. I really don’t know what more to do. Very disappointed that Dansk couldn’t take ownership of this for me given I ordered from them and given they have the business relationship with the courier; not me. Although they responded quickly on the chat function on their website, there was no further customer service offered at all - it was very much a ‘your problem not ours’ mentality. I won’t be ordering again and will have to write this off as bad experience. Very disappointing. Further update on 15/12 - I think Dansk’s reply to this review highlights exactly my point - it’s clearly my problem to solve rather than theirs. My review hasn’t been read properly either; as mentioned, I have no ability to see any detailed tracking info so have no idea who to contact in Austria. I really am stuck. I was planning to order 3 more pairs of earrings from Dansk but that won’t be happening now. Not impressed.
