quick delivery good pricing but comparing to other online sellers offering free freight if you spend around $100, I spend over $300 then got a $10 voucher to use next time, which I found annoying and is really worth nothing! now I've bought from other similar stores with no freight charges will buy there instead

everything was good except for broken tops on my aerosol cans both were smashed by aust post maybe better packaging

My experience would actually be a 0!!!! but I have to give some form of rating. I ordered from this company almost 2 weeks ago so I could have more than enough time for any delays - the delivery comes from Melbourne and I am in Sydney.. It should not take this long for a delivery so close to home! I ordered in hopes of having receiving my product BEFORE Father's Day and I am now 'supposedly' getting it the day after because this company has no f****** idea on what's going on. I hardly ever get to see my Father and I was so lucky to be able to this Father's Day.. Now without a gift - so thanks for nothing. Also, paid almost $10.00 for shipping but what the f*** for? Lol.

Communicated initially via their online chat and they answered all my questions about delivery times & postage options as I needed the item before the weekend, and they confirmed the item was in stock. I phoned their sales number Wed around midday to place my order because I wanted to double check that the item would arrive in Brisbane by Friday via express post. First time I phoned I didn't get through and left a recorded message. Phoned again about an hour later and was answered. I placed my order paid and was kept informed of the delivery via multiple Aust Post emails at different stages of delivery process. The parcel was delivered late on Thursday afternoon.

Simply Excellent. Originally I was going to buy this stuff from SuperCheap because I wanted it for the weekend. But I decided to give AutoMegaStore a go. I trusted the website's delivery guide (stating 1 day Vic to SA) - and couldn't be happier. I saved myself $25-50 bucks on the price (relative to buying locally), the delivery couldn't have been any better (email communication and updates throughout from Aus Post). Very happy. Couldn't recommend any more highly.
